APS parents and families, if you have not yet done so, please complete your digital attestation to acknowledge that you have reviewed the APS Code of Conduct and important attached forms including our bus contract, cell phone policy, and opt-out publicity release. You may access the Student Handbook here and complete the attestation forms by going to the Documents section of Parent Portal. Please review and digitally sign all paperwork tagged with "NEEDS ATTENTION." Click here to see a video walkthrough.
*Forms may be returned to a Needs Attention status for parents to complete required fields.

You'll need:
Your child's Student Number (It can be found on your student's report card or transcript.)
Your child's Social Security Number (SSN) or the SSN-like number* assigned to your child.
*If you did not provide your child's SSN at enrollment/registration, they were assigned an SSN-like number. To receive that number, you will need to visit the school's main office and present a valid photo ID.
